Become an Echoes of Berlin Community Ambassador
We're looking for passionate student leaders to help us bring the pulse of Berlin to university dorm life. The EoB Community Ambassador Program is the engine that drives our success, offering a unique opportunity to gain professional experience while building community.
The Ambassador Role
The Ambassador acts as the primary representative between their residence community and Echoes of Berlin. Your mission is to ensure our events are perfectly tailored, effectively promoted, and flawlessly executed within your specific dorm.
Your Mission
Market Research: Gather feedback and poll residents to determine the most desired events (e.g., tournaments, themed parties, workshops).
Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with dorm management regarding event space access, noise levels, and basic requirements.
Internal Promotion: Effectively market and promote events using internal communication channels (social media, posters, WhatsApp groups).
On-Site Support: Assist the EoB team during the event with check-in, troubleshooting, and acting as the friendly face of the partnership.
